PressForge Technologies · Denver, Colorado
PressForge Technologies builds the software layer above a print shop's existing systems: nine flagships that capture intent, plan, route, watch the floor, sell and learn. Every one of them runs first on a live commercial print floor before it is sold to anyone else.
The platform
The PressForge platform is nine connected products for one print shop. Two are sold today (FØUNDRY and BEACON), four run in pilot (POLARIS, MYCELIUM, CURRENT, SAGA) and three are on the roadmap (HELIX, TAL3NT, QUILL).

If you want a person rather than a product, PressForge works in three steps: a $2,500 written assessment in 10 business days, fixed-price implementation projects from $3,000, and managed operation from $500 per month.
Found Money is a 10-business-day audit that tells a print shop owner which open invoices are really owed, which were already paid and never applied, and which are errors, by matching the MIS against 12 months of bank data.
Watchtower monitors the specific things that stop a print shop (stuck hot folders, dead storefront intake, backed-up RIP or DFE queues, failed backups) and alerts a named person before a customer or an operator finds out.
Vault is offsite backup for the systems a print shop cannot reopen without (the MIS database, the job file server, press and DFE configurations) with a restore that is actually tested, every quarter, in writing.
Chaser chases only the invoices that are genuinely owed: it drafts each follow-up with the invoice details attached, a person at the shop approves and sends it, and the monthly report counts dollars collected.
Why PressForge
We are printers who built a technology company, not an IT company that discovered printers. The sales demo is a tour of our own running shop.
Every dashboard in the demo shows real production data; every automation moves real orders through a working commercial print shop. Most print shops have presses but no cloud architects, workflow engineers or data analysts. We built all of that to run ourselves, and the playbook is the product.
“Every print shop invests in equipment. We invest in systems.”PressForge Technologies business plan, 2026
Insights
79% of commercial printers report no or minimal automation. The ones that do automate usually do it in disconnected pockets. Here is why, and what a connected workflow needs first.
An open accounts-receivable balance in a print MIS is usually a mix of real debt, payments that were never applied, and old errors. How to tell them apart before you chase anyone.
Foil, raised UV and cast-and-cure jobs die at the quote because the buyer cannot picture them. A true-size 3D proof the buyer can orbit on a phone changes the conversation. With a live example.
